Hyperlinks not working in PDFs generated by Word 2011? Try this...

This one had me scatching my head for a while, but I think I figured it out.  Go to your Word preferences -> Output and Sharing -> Print -> Printing Options -> Check "Update links"

I also formatted my links within the Word document as follows: http://site.domain.com/content
